Damon’s career has been focused on the sustainable growth of business operations. He has worked in senior roles in large corporates, retailers and landlords including Head of Leasing at a listed property trust, Head of Development (Property, Projects and Franchising) of a global cafe chain and recently, the CEO of a Information, Communications and Technology business with over 1,100 staff across Australasia. As well as owning and trading his own successful Sports Management and Marketing business and Business Advisory firm.
